Oceania cruises
challenge:
Ideate and design future-state user experiences, end-to-end cruise line booking solutions, and workflows while maintaining strict brand and marketing standards. The goal was to create an online reusable assets library for the Oceania Cruises division of Norwegian leveraging Salesforce Lightning Design components.
objectives:
● Work exclusively with Product Managers and senior VP of Marketing solving user issues.
● Design UI assets including logos, Icons, and navigation elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
● Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate interactions and experiences
