challenge:

7.5 Millon Dollar Project to overhaul Lennar’s CPQ homebuying process by creating a “paperless” and fully automated digital agreement experience for the seller and home buyer. Developed and led the Design team to improve the range of research methods used.

OBJECTIVES:

● Create End-to-End digital CPQ Process
● Leveraged Salesforce1 for Mobile Approvals Workflow
● Leverage reusable Salesforce Lightning Components
● Use SF Out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible
● Interviewed users / create user profiles
● Design Wireframes, Mockups & User Workflows

Transform Lennar from being just a homebuilder into a technology company that sells homes.
