challenge:
The Tri-State Defender is a multi-media company that produces content for tsdmemphis.com, the TSD Daily Digital, and social media platforms.
I was invited to assist the Tri-State Defender in transforming from a traditional print publication to a global online publication. The story of President Barack Obama coming to the city served as the flagship article to launch the new online presence.
Objectives:
● Obtained White House security clearance to film President Barack Obama at his speech
● Film, Edit, and produce the video for the story
● Assist the Tri-State Defender Executive and Production Staff in the development of their new online presence
GOAL:
To transform the Tri-State Defender from being a traditional Newspaper into a global online news outlet.
