Challenge:

The global launch of the Sony PS5 Console overwhelmed Sony Call Centers worldwide and required the rapid re-thinking and design of their Call Center customer interaction workflows and user experiences.

OBJECTIVE:

● Design business flows and high-fidelity mockups
● Create future-state User experiences for Support teams in the US, Europe, and Japan
● Lead Customer discovery and user experience design sessions

GOAL:

Digital transformation of the Salesforce Service Cloud Platform leveraging Salesforce Lightning Design System to create a more intuitive and efficient call-center experience in the US, Europe, and Japan.
